Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our Finance team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our finance operations, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of accounting, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, and transaction reconciliations.


  • Manage accounts receivable and payable in accordance with accounting policies.
  • Calculate, reconcile and monitor invoices from multiple countries in various currencies.
  • Reconcile supplier and program transaction values, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and prepare documentation for newly implemented processes.
  • Maintain accounting software and reconciliation software.
