Job Title: Business Growth Specialist
">We are looking for a skilled and driven professional to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, growing the business of assigned accounts, and taking full ownership of these partnerships.
">Our ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of experience in sales or account management with consistent achievement of weekly/monthly targets. They should have a Bachelor's Degree or higher and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and similar tools.
">The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, solution-driven mindset, and analytical skills. They should be highly motivated, with a 'hunting spirit' to develop new opportunities and grow the business across multiple technology dimensions within the Food/Service Providers space.

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Acquisition: Collaborate with the sales function to acquire restaurant partners in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Growth: Support and help create plans to grow the business of assigned accounts.
- Account Management: Take full ownership and be the main point of contact for the assigned accounts.
- Analysis: Use data-driven decision-making to understand the performance of initiatives and prioritize those with the highest return on investment.
- Merchant NPS: Work with merchants and internal teams to improve experience components.
- Partner with internal teams: Collaborate closely with Supply, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development to meet growth objectives.
Requirements:
">- At least 2+ years of experience in sales or account management with consistent achievement of weekly/monthly targets.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and similar tools.
- A passionate commitment to improving lives, excellence, customer service, and alignment with core values: being bold, focused, agile, and collaborative.
- Experience in account management with a proven track record in direct and channel sales, especially in closing deals.
- Experience in the food & beverage industry.
- Highly motivated with a 'hunting spirit' to develop new opportunities and grow the business across multiple technology dimensions within the Food/Service Providers space.
- Excellent team collaboration skills and comfort in working with local, regional, and corporate teams.
- Good communication skills and solution-driven mindset in line with industry and local market trends.
- A can-do attitude with creative thinking to build a solid business pipeline and drive sustainable growth.
- Highly analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights.
- Experience working under pressure with stretched targets and limited resources, and generating smart, tech-based solutions.
