Senior Reputation Manager

Our organization is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reputation Manager to oversee public relations activities, manage customer queries, and coordinate meetings with third parties.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Managing customer inquiries effectively, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinating meetings with third parties, including partners, media, and stakeholders.
- Creating and distributing press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Monitoring media coverage and analyzing PR metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Cultivating relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align PR efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- A bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PR management, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and CRM systems.
