Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Leader to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and well-honed negotiation and presentation skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in line with revenue and sales targets.
- Ensure all potential leads are pursued to promote products and increase the client base.
Project Execution:
- Manage special projects under the direction of senior leadership.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement corporate sales promotional initiatives.
- Maximize sales by fully utilizing all available facilities.
- Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue.
Customer Engagement:
- Maintain a professional image through personal presentation at all times.
- Respond to customer communications within the required timeframe.
- Meet and greet customers as appropriate.
- Entertain prospective clients when necessary.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the team on a daily basis to obtain new sales leads.
Performance Analysis:
- Produce and analyze statistical data to support business decisions.
