Project Associate - Proposal Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and capable professional to support our consultancy assignments related to industrial development, SME growth, investment mobilization, and economic sector analysis. The ideal candidate will independently prepare high-quality proposals, feasibility studies, and comprehensive reports, assisting senior management in delivering strategic projects effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Prepare detailed and persuasive project proposals, feasibility studies, and business plans.
  • Conduct market analysis, including sector profiling, vendor benchmarking, and investment analysis.
  • Independently manage documentation, report drafting, and final submission of technical proposals.
  • Facilitate coordination and communication with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Analyze financial data, economic indicators, and policy documents relevant to business proposals.

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Master's degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS Economics, MS Development Studies).

Professional Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing, feasibility studies, market research, or related consulting roles.
  • Proven track record in independently preparing business proposals, analytical reports, and feasibility analyses.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of economic development initiatives, SMEs development, and public/private sector projects would be advantageous.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently conceptualize, draft, and finalize detailed documents with minimal supervision.
