We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Project Manager.

In this role, you will be:

  • Release Management: Manage the end-to-end process across HR IT to deliver successful releases, including reviewing and circulating release notes with stakeholders, conducting review meetings between HR & HR IT, agreeing on test scope and scripts, completing regression testing on time, deploying releases successfully, and providing post-implementation feedback to stakeholders and vendors for continuous improvement.
  • Change Requests (CR): Manage the CR process within HR IT to deliver configuration changes, including scope agreement and prioritization, impact assessment, ownership of tollgate/daily progress meetings, successful deployment, and post-implementation feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans with tools that facilitate task listing, assignments, tracking, and modifications to ensure timely delivery of quality, cost-effective IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Budgeting: Manage the project IT budget for assigned projects, monitoring expenditures and costs against benefits as the project progresses.
  • Introduce flexibility to project deliverables through a cross-functional view.
  • Produce executive reports on project status, major issues, scope changes, resource changes, milestones, and performance metrics to keep management informed.
  • Be accountable for all project work, including financial aspects and team management.
