Real Estate Operations Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to support daily real estate operations while contributing to AI-powered tools transforming the industry.

  • Coordinate property tours and schedule appointments
  • Prepare tasks for property listings and assist with documentation
  • Pull, review, and send property disclosure reports
  • Distribute comparable market analysis (comps) reports
  • Serve as a liaison between real estate agents and homebuyers
  • Ensure smooth communication and task flow across transactions
  • Collaborate with the product team to test internal tools and features
  • Provide feedback to refine AI-powered solutions for buyers and agents

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Bonus: Background in real estate operations or product testing

A typical day involves reviewing your queue, assisting with listing documentation, collaborating with agents, and running comps. You'll also spend time testing internal tools, documenting bugs, and communicating feedback.
