Job Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for developers with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for building scalable and efficient backend systems using modern web development technologies. If you are a detail-oriented problem solver, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems using Django and Django REST Framework.
  2. Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with frontend applications.
  3. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
  4. Optimize application performance and scalability.
  5. Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  6. Debug and troubleshoot backend issues, ensuring system reliability.
  7. Stay updated on the latest developments in Django and backend technologies.

Requirements

  1. Basic knowledge of Django, Django REST Framework, and Python.
  2. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
  3. Understanding of RESTful API principles and JSON data structures.
  4. Basic knowledge of version control using Git.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Familiarity with basic authentication and authorization practices in Django (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
  8. Experience with personal or academic projects using Django or Python is a plus.
