Project Lead: A Key Role in Youth Education and Development

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our youth education and development project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project's implementation, budget management, project analysis, and technical development.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Project Implementation: Ensure timely completion of project activities, including managing the selection and admission process for youth participants.
  2. Team Management: Supervise and guide project staff to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  3. Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop and maintain partnerships with private sector organizations, government agencies, and philanthropic institutions to promote the project and secure funding opportunities.
  4. Academic Development: Oversee the academic development and course implementation process, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  5. Marketing and Networking: Coordinate with the Marketing & Networking department to design and develop project materials.
Job Specifications
  1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and email applications.
  2. Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to write reports and deliver presentations.
  3. Soft Skills: Good listener, creative thinker, decision maker, problem solver, team worker, and able to work in a challenging environment.
