About the Role
This position is responsible for coordinating event planning, managing course offerings, and assisting with student module booking. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and forward students' data for registration of Pharm. D / M. Phil / Ph. D students with the University;
Prepare direct invoicing on SAP (External Bills / Supervisors' Bills);
Manage Course Offering and Module Appraisal on SAP;
Coordinate Event Planning on SAP and Unitime;
Handle Student Module Booking on SAP;
Assist all faculty members during Final Appraisal / Module Results on SAP;
Support the Assistant Manager Academics (RIPS) in day-to-day office tasks;
Provide comprehensive secretarial and clerical support to all staff and management;
Provide support for PhD & M. Phil Viva Voce Examinations;
Process student applications;
Provide support to students regarding Moellim and SAP-related issues;
Assist the Admissions Department in conducting Admission Tests;
Perform any other duties assigned by the Dean/Director;

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Prior experience in a similar role is an asset but not required.
