
Project and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project and Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to project teams and management.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating project documentation, tracking project progress, and facilitating internal and external project communication.
Schedule Management
- Manage and maintain calendars for senior management/project leads, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
Administrative Support
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in project coordination or administrative role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup.
