About the Position

We are seeking a talented IT Sales Manager - Revenue Growth to drive business expansion and revenue growth in the IT sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze client needs and market requirements to create customized solutions.
  • IDentify and pursue new enterprise clients, building a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead the sales process from initial engagement to closing deals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials.
  • Partner with the delivery team to ensure smooth implementation of sold solutions.

Proposal and Contract Development:

  • Create and present formal proposals, pricing models, and contract terms.
  • Work with legal and procurement teams to ensure agreements meet company standards.

Client Engagement and Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track sales metrics and business development activities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress.
  • Prepare detailed reports on pipeline status and forecasts.
