Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Executive to support the delivery and management of ongoing professional learning initiatives for our workforce.

This role is focused on enhancing employee capabilities through targeted CPD programs, ensuring that professional standards are maintained and that career growth is actively supported.

Ideal for individuals passionate about long-term learning strategies and career development, this role will work closely with HR and departmental teams to promote a continuous learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate CPD Programs: Plan and deliver CPD programs across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain Employee Participation Records: Keep accurate records of employee participation and progress in CPD activities, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Trainers: Work with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules, leveraging their expertise to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Develop Professional Development Pathways: Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials, catering to diverse employee needs and preferences.
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor compliance with CPD policies and professional standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback on CPD sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts, driving excellence in employee development.
  • Stay Current with Industry Requirements: Stay up-to-date with industry and regulatory CPD requirements, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of emerging trends and best practices.
Requirements:Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role.
  • Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms.
Certification (Preferred):
  • Relevant certifications or CPD-related training are a plus.
