We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence. As our brand ambassador, you will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, create engaging content, and design visually appealing graphics.

This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, campaign strategies, and analytical tools. You will be responsible for curating compelling content across multiple platforms, conceptualizing and designing visually appealing graphics, engaging with audience feedback, comments, messages, and reviews, and analyzing campaign performance to refine strategies and optimize engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute a strategic digital marketing plan aligned with our brand's goals.
  • Curate compelling content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for digital media.
  • Engage proactively with audience feedback, comments, messages, and reviews to foster an active online community.
  • Strategize and execute dynamic social media campaigns to amplify special offers, events, and packages.
  • Analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and optimize engagement and reach.
  • Deliver insightful marketing updates and fresh ideas to the leadership team.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a leading university.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role. Background in graphic design is welcome.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, campaign strategies, and analytical tools.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in creating impactful visually attracting posts and videos using Canva/ Adobe Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
