
Business Development Representative

About This RoleIn this position, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued business clients. You will ensure their workers' compensation needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and empathy.
Success in this role is measured by being extremely process-oriented, methodical, organized, and comfortable working with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen carefully, offer clear guidance, and resolve customer needs around workers' compensation policies with care and expertise.
- Manage and update customer information in our system to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and work to find thoughtful, timely solutions that build trust and confidence.
- Document customer interactions carefully to maintain a high standard of service and ensure continuity across teams.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and operations teammates to deliver a unified, outstanding customer experience.
- Stay informed on the latest in workers' compensation regulations, so you're always ready to offer accurate, helpful information.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Native-like English fluency.
- Able to work 9am–6pm U.S. Time (equivalent to 8pm–5am Pakistan time).
- Based in Lahore and able to work onsite.
- At least 1 year of customer success experience. 2+ years of US insurance preferred but not required.
You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to make complex information easy to understand.
You listen deeply and bring genuine care to every customer interaction.
You stay calm and organized even when managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
You thrive on solving problems and digging into details to get it right the first time.
You bring a proactive, can-do attitude to challenges and new systems.
You value professionalism and positivity, knowing it sets the tone for every customer relationship.
