Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to drive our affiliate marketing initiatives and deliver maximum Return on Investment (ROI). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our affiliate network, developing effective solutions for affiliate partners, and analyzing campaign performance to guarantee optimal ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure campaigns achieve the highest possible ROI while staying within established parameters.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to enhance our affiliate scheme.
  • Collaborate with the Affiliate/Marketing team to develop strategic solutions for affiliate partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance to guarantee affiliates deliver optimal ROI.
  • Oversee all affiliate campaigns, from conceptualization to execution.
  • Pioneering new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses to enhance the affiliate scheme.
  • Develop a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aimed at recruiting new affiliate partners and driving sales volume.
  • Evaluate timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates.
  • Proactively identify and recruit new affiliates.
  • Nurture stimulating relationships with existing affiliates by keeping them informed about new products and program enhancements.
  • Create and monitor affiliate promotions to drive engagement.
  • Compile and present regular reports on affiliate marketing promotions and activity.
  • Monitor and track affiliate sales, ensuring prompt payments to affiliates.
  • Deliver insightful affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
  • Stay vigilant about competitor affiliate campaigns and report findings.
Job Requirements:
  • Mastery of 5-7 years in e-commerce experience.
  • Deep understanding of Digital Marketing, including SEO and Social Media.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating and managing online media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of ad-serving technologies.
  • Proven experience in campaign management.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and thrive in both individual and team settings.
