Responsibilities and Expectations

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various compensation and benefits operational tasks to ensure efficient, accurate, and effective service delivery.

  • Manage end-to-end outsourcing of staff payroll, verify payroll data, and process invoices from the finance department.
  • Coordinate CRM Management, new joiner SIM issuances, and additions to the CRM system.
  • Process employee mobile package activations and resignation, transfer/promotion/number change case handling.
  • Filing of new joiner files and all employee-related necessary documents in Record Rooms.
  • Maintain personnel files' records in hard and soft copy as well.
  • Support the talent team by closing new joiner cases in HCM and issuance of appointment letters.
  • Complete monthly New Joiner Files in coordination with Talent Acquisition teams. Organize files systematically.
  • Create new joiners' HRIDs in HCM and Excel sheets.
  • Archiving unnecessary files in CAD Storage. Maintain overall Record Room operations.
  • Conduct monthly CRM and SVC reconciliations and approvals.
  • Provide employee records and data to C&B Teams as needed.
