About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with benefits and compensation packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to clients for benefit-related questions or concerns through all available communication channels
  • Participate in planning and scoping of benefits product development
  • Launch new benefits programs from the ground up
  • Project manage the renewal process for existing benefits policies, ensuring timely and efficient execution
  • Develop training materials and resources to educate internal team members, clients, and external partners on benefits offerings
  • Create processes to streamline benefits operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency in benefits administration
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives within the HR and benefits space
  • Be the subject matter expert on all matters related to benefits

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Benefits, either working for a broker or at a large organization
  • Ability to build strong partnerships, influence decisions, and communicate complex work in a clear and concise manner across a variety of audiences
  • High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Operational experience running benefits plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Data-driven; advanced Excel skills
