
Customer Relationship Strategist

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through pre-sales and post-sales activities which involve building relationships at the Sr. Management level and expanding relationships with the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Create strategic, effective, and actionable account plans that define a clear growth strategy across and within the accounts to be covered.
- Develop new projects and create project pipelines to convert prospective clients into potential clients.
- Develop and successfully close opportunities/sales by continuously reinforcing business value and Eltek competencies.
- Seek clarity and coordinate with supervisors pertaining to disqualification of accounts, discounting in excess of limits & pricing.
- Ensure that customers deploy the solutions acquired by working with team members on deployment plans and coordinating with customers.
- Work closely and coordinate effectively with solutions and services departments to ensure smooth and quality delivery of products and services on time.
- Prepare quality financial proposals for clients in coordination with the project management office. Also coordinate with Eltek clients.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Head of Sales/CEO.
Experience Required:
- 5-9 years of experience in similar capacities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA with engineering/technical background from well-reputed universities.
Competencies Required:
- Background in ISP, Engineering, and/or Telecom sectors is an added plus.
- Industrial certification preferred.
- Excellent Team Leadership and Interpersonal skills, Effective presentation skills.
- Ability to take pressure of handling distributed sales teams to achieve targets given by senior management.
