This role involves supporting the creation of reports and guiding clients.

  • Ensures contract compliance by generating routine reports for defined customers.
  • Reviews client data requirements with internal teams to ensure report deliverables meet customer specifications.
  • Follows industry data verification protocols.
  • Conducts research, analysis, and responds to client inquiries.
  • Provides support for client meetings at customer sites.
  • May produce ad-hoc studies as needed.
