Maintenance Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our on-site team as a Service Coordinator. This vital role ensures smooth operations and provides excellent service to our tenants and vendors.

This is a full-time position requiring a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a remote team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing utility accounts, coordinating with vendors, and resolving maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Key qualifications include ability to communicate fluently and professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio)
  • Experience in property management or maintenance coordination
  • Proficient in Google suite
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

Schedule: 7 PM to 4 AM (Mon-Fri) - The work schedule will align with U.S. Central Time business hours. Remote monitoring is required during after-hours for emergency tickets, including weekends.
