We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to lead our training operations.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct thorough surveys, interviews, and assessments to gather data on training requirements, providing valuable insights to inform our training strategy.
  • Design and develop innovative training programs and materials that align with our organizational goals, driving employee engagement and productivity.
  • Facilitate dynamic training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, to ensure maximum impact and retention.
  • Develop effective evaluation tools to measure the success of our training programs, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze feedback from participants and make necessary adjustments to improve future training initiatives, ensuring that we continuously adapt and improve.
  • Assist the Senior Manager in leading the training team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and knowledge-sharing.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes, providing valuable insights to inform our training strategy.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management on training effectiveness and areas for improvement, ensuring that we stay on track to meet our goals.
  • Recommend cutting-edge training solutions and technologies to enhance learning outcomes, staying ahead of the curve in terms of industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
