About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and ensuring comprehensive understanding of project needs.

Responsibilities include documenting and analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing process maps and documentation, utilizing technology and automation tools to streamline processes, conducting data analysis to support decision-making, and participating in project planning and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Familiarity with technology and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of customer experience strategies and practices.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and technologies.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
