Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit and gather requirements from stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project needs and minimum viable deliverables
  • Document and assist in analysing business processes and identify areas for improvement, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and maintain process maps and documentation to support project objectives.
  • Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, along with proven experience in business analysis and process mapping. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, are essential.

Familiarity with technology and automation tools, as well as sales processes and workflow, is also necessary. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for success in this role.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of customer experience strategies and practices, knowledge of automation tools and technologies, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable.
