Job Title: Civil Law Specialist
Our team is seeking a skilled Civil Law Specialist to play a key role in delivering exceptional results and outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures, with at least 3 years of experience in plaintiff litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective case strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Prioritize and manage multiple cases and tasks, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Provide high-quality support to attorneys and clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of matters
  • Analyze evidence and reports, and assist in the preparation of mediation and trial notebooks
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve client outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff litigation, with a strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, calendars, video conference software, and other relevant tools and technologies
  • A competitive nature, with a strong passion for exceeding personal and professional goals
