We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at Precious Prose. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business through various freelancing channels.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities on freelancing platforms, with a focus on generating sales and delivering high-quality projects.
- Gathering client requirements and communicating effectively with our team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintaining a strong online presence and reputation across all freelancing platforms.
- Nurturing positive relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborating closely with our team leader to meet deadlines and achieve monthly targets.
- Tracking and recording client information and sales performance.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team. Proficiency in English is essential, both written and verbal.
