
New Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads within targeted industries. The ideal candidate will have experience working with freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain companies and be familiar with international trade directories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify businesses worldwide that ship to or from Saudi Arabia, with a focus on Riyadh.
- Generate high-quality, verified leads including company name, contact person, email, phone, and trade focus.
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, trade directories, Google, and social media for lead sourcing.
- Create and maintain a weekly lead report using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the Sales Closer or management team to ensure smooth client hand-off.
- Meet weekly lead generation targets (minimum 70–100 leads/week).
- Maintain lead accuracy, avoid duplicates, and ensure full contact details are valid.
• Experience working with a freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain company
• Familiarity with international trade directories (e.g., Alibaba, Tradekey)
• Prior experience generating leads in the logistics, shipping, or export/import sector
• Ability to identify decision-makers within target companies
• Skilled in using platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and B2B databases for prospecting
• Proficient in maintaining clean and organized lead sheets in Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of Saudi Arabia's import/export market is a plus
• Strong written communication and research skills
• Understanding of sales pipelines or lead funnels
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting weekly lead targets
