As a Fabrication Manager, you will lead teams in the evaluation and selection of suppliers and contractors. You will also coordinate with local and international teams involved in the project to ensure timely completion and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the technical aspects of the project to guarantee successful delivery and meet expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and colleagues effectively.

For this role, we are looking for an experienced professional with a solid background in fabrication engineering and design. You should have excellent knowledge of structural steel and a proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar field with a focus on fabrication management.
  • BE Mechanical/Civil/Material Sciences degree with a specialization in structural steel.
  • Sound knowledge of Structural Steel/Fabrication Engineering & Design principles.
  • Experience in structural designing, fabrication, and execution with a high level of precision.
  • Familiarity with State of Art Rice Milling Machines, Systems, and Management practices.
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work 'hands-on' with involvement in operations, problem solving, supplier relations.
  • Good spoken and written English language skills (a plus).
