Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Compliance and Sustainability Specialist. This role involves ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and industry standards, with a focus on environmental sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems, environmental management systems, and social responsibility. They will be responsible for implementing policies, conducting internal audits, developing reports, and coordinating with stakeholders.

  • Implement company policies and procedures related to compliance and sustainability.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of audit findings and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and consultants to plan and conduct audits.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MSc Environmental Sciences or equivalent qualification.
  • Certified Lead Auditor in QMS and EMS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
