Procurement Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead our procurement efforts and drive strategic growth. This key role will oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to vendor management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products at optimal costs.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams towards common goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as well as effective communication and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of supply chain principles and be able to implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. A degree in business or a related field, combined with experience in procurement or a related field, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the entire procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.
  • Development and implementation of strategic procurement plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including vendor information and contractual obligations.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to identify and address potential procurement risks and opportunities.
Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
