This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical recruitment and be able to identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Recruitment
    • Design and implement targeted sourcing initiatives to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Utilize social media, job boards, and other sources to identify and engage with potential candidates
    • Determine applicant qualifications by interview, analyze responses; verify references; compare qualifications to job requirements
  • Candidate Engagement
    • Build relationships with potential candidates and provide guidance on the application process
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Metrics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform future sourcing strategies
    • Provide regular reports to management on recruitment progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, IT staffing, or services industry
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and work well in a dynamic team environment
