Creator Partnerships Specialist

We're building a platform for creators, businesses, and communities to grow together. To accelerate growth, we need a specialist who can recruit, onboard, and activate influencers and content creators across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for those who love working with creators, closing partnerships, and helping them succeed on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a pipeline of top-tier influencers & creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals that bring creators onto our platform.
  • Guide creators through onboarding → activation → first campaign launch.
  • Develop programs to incentivize creators, drive growth, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management.
  • A proven track record of closing creator deals and hitting growth targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills – comfortable in direct conversations.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram ecosystems.
  • Data-driven mindset – prioritizing performance over vanity metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Network across gaming, lifestyle, tech, or AI creator verticals.
  • Experience with affiliate or revenue-share programs.
  • Knowledge of attribution tools, UTMs, and creator analytics platforms.
