Senior Corporate Compliance Specialist

We're hiring a Legal Associate to join our legal team. This role offers hands-on exposure to core compliance practices, business strategy, involvement in transactions, and the opportunity for your legal work to drive real outcomes in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Work on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters affecting the business.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercial documents.
- Prepare and file regulatory forms with SECP, SBP, FBR, and Registrar of Firms.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and translate findings into practical business advice.
- Minimum 3 years' corporate/commercial experience gained at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team (preferred: real estate or financial sector exposure).
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- A proactive, business-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Commitment to professional integrity, teamwork, and continuous growth.
