Senior Manager – Corporate Sales
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Senior Manager – Corporate Sales
to support the development and expansion of our B2B and B2B2C vertical. This role will focus on executing corporate sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth across insurance and health sectors. The ideal candidate should bring strong industry knowledge, proven sales experience, and the ability to lead high-level client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead business development initiatives with corporates, multinationals, and banks.
- Drive negotiations and close deals with HR heads, procurement leads, and senior decision-makers.
- Manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and insights to shape product offerings and ensure market relevance.
- Mentor and guide the corporate sales team to ensure performance excellence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, operations, and marketing) to deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Support the Head of Corporate Sales in scaling the vertical and achieving strategic business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the insurance, banking, or health sectors.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles, B2B partnerships, and solution-based selling.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with senior-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage complex negotiations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
