Part-Time Lawyer - Corporate Law Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to provide corporate law support on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate, property, and contract law.

  • Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and legal documents for the company.
  • Provide expert advice on business, real estate, and corporate matters to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle legal correspondence, notices, and documentation.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and legal proceedings when required.
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Liaise with external lawyers, government bodies, and regulatory authorities as needed.

The role involves providing strategic corporate law support to the company, ensuring compliance with laws, and protecting business interests.

Requirements
  • LLB or higher degree in Law from a recognized institution (license to practice in Pakistan required).
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate law.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani corporate, real estate, and contract law.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism.
