Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth through effective research strategies and project execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Developing Research Strategies: Conduct research on different products or services to identify opportunities for growth, cost-effectiveness, and technological advancements.
  2. Evaluating Solutions: Evaluate and test various solutions to determine their functionality, efficiency, and suitability for integration into our operations.
  3. Managing Resources: Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for research and development projects, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  4. Providing Recommendations: Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of different solutions, providing detailed reports and recommendations for implementation or improvement.
  5. Collaborating with Teams: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and market insights, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business requirements, contribute to innovation initiatives, and support ongoing projects as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in research and development roles, preferably within the BPO industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying research findings and recommendations.
- Proficiency in budget management and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Salary Range: 30,000 to 45,000 PKR per month
