As a key member of our team, you will work closely with growing and strategically important customers to develop executive relationships, understand commercial clients' businesses and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic partnerships and align customer pain points with our innovative solution.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to optimize growth opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to unique customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
- Manage contract renewals and minimize churn through proactive communication and strategic account planning.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience working with B2B customers in the US/UK/Canada.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in end-to-end sales or account management.
- Demonstrated success in complex deal management and leadership/influencing skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers.
