Project Lead - Disaster Relief

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to oversee our disaster relief initiatives in flood-affected areas. The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in social studies, sociology, or a related field and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.

The Project Lead will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, including formation and capacity building of Village Climate Adaptation Forums (VCAF)
  • Providing Emergency Response toolkits to VCAF
  • Ensuring effective coordination with local government departments and public health engineering department at district level
  • Leading and supervising field teams to deliver high-quality results in flood-affected districts
  • Preparing and submitting regular progress reports to stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
