This position requires a master's degree in social studies, sociology, or a relevant field from a HEC recognized university. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project implementation and management roles in NGOs/INGOs is also required.

">">Main Responsibilities:">

The selected candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, implementation, review, and analysis. This includes the formation and capacity building of Village Climate Adaptation Forums (VCAF), provision of emergency response toolkits to VCAF, and development of an in-depth understanding of project documents.

In addition, the candidate will maintain close coordination with local government departments and public health engineering departments at the district level, lead/supervise field teams, and ensure quality work in flood-affected districts areas of Mirpur Khas.

Other responsibilities include orientating and facilitating project staff, submitting daily, weekly, and monthly updates, organizing and leading project implementation meetings, evaluating project processes, and preparing internal and external reports.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring budget and cash flows, providing support to team members, and implementing efficient methodologies for project inputs and verifiable results.

">">Required Organizational Competencies:">

The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. They should also be able to write and speak fluently in English and the local language, work independently with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
