Sales Territory Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to champion our health, hygiene, and nutrition products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, aligning our product range with their needs and preferences.
  2. Market Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends to ensure our brands remain top-of-mind for customers and healthcare professionals.
  3. Promotional Campaigns: Design and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  4. Retailer Engagement: Work closely with retailers to create engaging store environments and negotiate opportunities for display enhancements and promotions.
  5. Sales Performance: Drive sales forward to meet and surpass assigned targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • FMCG Experience: A background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector or similar industries with a strong sales background.
  • Independence and Resilience: Demonstrated independence, resilience, and a positive 'can-do' approach.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service passion, adaptable communication skills, and analytical abilities.
  • Persuasive Influence: An attentive listener with a track-record in persuasively guiding others.
