  • Maintain task completion updates on behalf of senior leadership, providing regular status reports.
  • Record meeting minutes, documenting action items and deadlines for distribution to relevant parties.
  • Process incoming documents, maintain records, and report to senior leadership on tasks and progress.
  • C Coordinate travel arrangements, maintaining accurate itineraries and schedules.
  • Implement a reliable backup system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Stay up-to-date on company structures, relationships, and key positions across the organization.
  • Deliver special projects and complete administrative tasks with high attention to detail and engagement with external partners.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Proficient written and spoken English communication skills
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
