About the role
- Coordinate daily schedules and work calendars for senior leadership, ensuring timely meetings and appointments.
- Maintain task completion updates on behalf of senior leadership, providing regular status reports.
- Record meeting minutes, documenting action items and deadlines for distribution to relevant parties.
- Process incoming documents, maintain records, and report to senior leadership on tasks and progress.
- C Coordinate travel arrangements, maintaining accurate itineraries and schedules.
- Implement a reliable backup system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Stay up-to-date on company structures, relationships, and key positions across the organization.
- Deliver special projects and complete administrative tasks with high attention to detail and engagement with external partners.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in administrative roles
- Proficient written and spoken English communication skills
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
