
Solar Industry Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments for our solar consultants.
Your primary goal will be to provide a friendly, informative, and professional customer experience at all times, working closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure smooth appointment handovers.
You will meet daily/weekly appointment-setting targets, utilizing your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential solar leads.
- Qualify prospects based on set criteria and schedule appointments for solar consultants.
- Follow up on previous leads and maintain an organized record of interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their journey with us.
- Work collaboratively with our sales and technical teams to ensure seamless appointment handovers.
- Meet daily/weekly appointment-setting targets.
- Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or appointment setting (solar industry preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Fluent in English, with a clear and professional phone presence.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
- Ability to work flexible hours depending on the target market's time zone.
