
Executive Regional Business Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to oversee our sales, services, warehouse, and accounts teams in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating sales and promotion targets as well as team activities on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Annual Planning: Develop and implement annual sales targets for the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Distribution of Targets: Allocate specific sales targets to each member of the team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitoring Achievements: Regularly monitor and ensure that sales targets are being met by the team, providing coaching and support as needed.
- Extensive Travel: Conduct regular visits to dealers and staff across the region to oversee operations and provide strategic guidance.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management, driving business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree from a reputable institution.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in managing a team, with a proven track record of success.
- Independence: Ability to work independently of the regional office, making decisions that drive business results.
- Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the markets in the region, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Distribution Business: Good understanding of the distribution business, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Plus Point: Knowledge and experience of gas and home appliances is a plus point, but not required.
