Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who can effectively manage real-time communication between teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth operational flow.

  1. Stay on call throughout the shift to communicate with teams in real-time
  2. Schedule and manage calls between teams, ensuring smooth coordination
  3. Track current team locations and provide next destination details along with targets
  4. Maintain accurate records of team movements and updates
  5. Provide quick resolutions to any scheduling or communication issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, prior experience in a call center, dispatch, or coordination role is preferred. They should be comfortable using scheduling tools, communication platforms, and CRM software.

  • Language: Professional-level English fluency (spoken & written)
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to track locations, schedules, and provide accurate instructions
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking to handle unexpected schedule changes
