Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Saddar Rawalpindi

Timings: Night Shift

Job Description:

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our company's sales growth by effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services to potential customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our business and prospects, as well as maintain positive relationships with existing clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize cold calling strategies to reach out to customer leads and expand our customer base.
  2. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  3. Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timelines.
  4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless communication.
  5. Provide valuable insights to management regarding customer needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience of 6 months to 1 year as a Sales Representative, demonstrating a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
  2. Highly motivated and target-driven with strong negotiation, communication, and selling skills.
  3. Effective prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
  4. Capability to create and deliver customized presentations based on audience needs.
  5. Outstanding interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and suppliers.
  6. A commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  7. Good listening and spoken skills.
  8. Willing to work in Night-Shift.
  9. Minimum education should be Intermediate or advanced.
