Job Opportunity:
Solar Design Specialist needed for leading solar project proposals and designs, with a focus on technical accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive proposals and designs for solar projects, incorporating industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to ensure seamless understanding of client needs.
- Oversee the design process from concept to final submission, guaranteeing technical excellence and compliance.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project development.
- Support business growth through provision of technical expertise and strategic insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in software applications such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Sketchup, and Aurora.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar system design and proposal development, with a degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles, including proficiency in software and strong analytical skills.
