  • Crafting comprehensive project timelines, coordinating internal teams, and enforcing high-quality standards during installation and testing
  • Resolving project-related issues proactively and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Mentoring and growing a team of project engineers, technicians, and after-sales professionals

We require 3+ years of hands-on experience in solar project management, strong technical understanding of solar systems, and leadership ability.
