Job Title: Medical Billing Team Lead

As a seasoned professional in healthcare administration, you will oversee the daily operations of our billing department.

This role involves ensuring accurate coding, timely claim submissions, and efficient denial management. You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable follow-ups, payment postings, patient scheduling, eligibility and benefits verification, authorizations, charge creation, and patient statement processes.

In addition to your technical skills, you will provide team leadership, process optimization, and ensure compliance with billing regulations.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in medical terminology and ICD-10 coding
  • Experience with managing claim denials and insurance processes
  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and procedures
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

A preferred candidate would have previous experience in a medical billing leadership role.
