Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries related to quality data and system-related aspects, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
  • Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for customer audits and information requests, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Quality Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and maintain quality-related data to ensure accurate records and provide actionable insights.
  • Dashboards and Reports: Design and maintain dashboards to track key quality metrics, offering real-time updates for relevant stakeholders. Create periodic quality reports for both customers and internal use, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Graduation/Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
