Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain company QHSE policies and procedures.
  • E nsure compliance with International Management System (IMS) certification requirements globally.
  • Support the achievement of QHSE objectives and targets by providing advice, training, and guidance.
  • Develop project-specific quality assurance plans and ensure their implementation.
  • Identify training needs for new employees and provide induction programs related to quality and IMS processes.
  • Conduct internal audits of projects, processes, or departments as per scheduled frequencies.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
  • Liaise with certification bodies on certification, audit, and payment matters.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions on IMS processes.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Facilitate Management Review Meetings.
  • Collaborate with Operations and other support departments to provide IMS-related data support.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

You should possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and API standards.
